A Guide to the
                 UFPESCO Cultures & Civilizations Database
                                      
   This page will guide you step-by-step through the proces of submitting
   an entry to the UFPESCO C&C Database.
   
Step One

   By the time you get to this page, you should have read the page on
   copyright. If you have not, for whatever reason, please read it before
   you go on. Your filling out the submission form will signify that you
   understand and accept the information on the copyright page.
   
Step Two

   Look at the Explanation of the Submission Form and a Sample Entry.
   
Step Three

   Go to the Submission Form and fill it out.
   
Step Four

   Send the completed form to Elaine Chao, who plays Dr. J.P. Mossane,
   PhD, Secretary, making sure the subject line of the message says
   'UFPESCO Submission.'
